I suck I know
I know I suck. I have not posted in a long time. Sorry. I am going to try and catch up so the post I post have been from a while ago. Thanks!!
Cheyo's Birthday
Suprise!!! For weeks Cheyo had been telling me that he wanted me to throw him a suprise party. I really didnt know how with out him finding out. So I totally put it off. I told him that we were going to go to dinner just the two of us. But secretly I felt really bad. I asked him if he was really upset about it. He tried to play it off like it was no big deal, but I knew. The next day I sent out a text and asked who would be able to come. I called Mimi's Cafe and asked if they did reservations and I made one. After all of the people who responded to my text I told them not to say anything cause it was a suprise.
The next day was his birthday. We really just hung out, then eat lunch. While we were at lunch, Tom (cheyo's old boss) called and offered us his jazz playoff tickets. We said yes that would be really fun thanks. Which help the cause. So he was so excited that we had to go shopping. Which it was his birthday and I didnt really know what to get him. So we went to the mall. He got a Deron Williams Jersey and DWill Shoes. So for the game he was totally decked out.
We came home and got ready. But we really didnt know how we were going to get my mom & Zack out of the house without him being suspious. So I asked him if he wanted them to go with us. He said yes and it made him happy.
We get to the restraunt and I ran in and asked where we were seated. I got in there first. Then Cheyo came in and everyone yelled SUPRISE!!!!! I caught his wonderful face.
After dinner we were just going to ride Trax up town but we were cutting it kinda close. On Trax we get 80% of the way there and the driver comes on and says "There is a train in front of us that is dead in the water we are going to be stopped for a 5 to 10 min." On top of that we were inbetween stops and so we couldnt even get off and walk the 10 blocks. When we got there we were a little bit late but not that bad. We walk down to our seats (6th row).
The best part of the whole night was that the Jazz won. It was an amazing night.
